Only God is Immortal-Man Is Not

God's people are given immortality at the final judgement in the New Kingdom. All others are destroyed- they "perish."

"For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, so that whoever believes in him will not perish, but have life in the age to come."

Man does not have a soul in a body. Man is the soul. Thus, the soul does not pop out of the body at death, hang around somewhere until Christ's return, then reattach to his risen body. That concept is unbiblical- nowhere to be found--except in the writings of Plato. Do you follow Plato or Christ?

    3. "Ad hominem (Latin for 'to the person'), short for argumentum ad hominem, refers to several types of arguments where the speaker attacks the character, motive, or some other attribute of the person making an argument rather than the substance of the argument itself. This avoids genuine debate by creating a diversion often using a totally irrelevant, but often highly charged attribute of the opponent's character or background..." Now, that is a coward.
