A Wise Saying

One of the great prophets in the scriptures said,

"If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all."

Oh wait...that was my Mother.

Another variation, "If you can't say anything nice about someone, make sure they're out of the GD room."

Since it'd be un-Christian and "mean-spirited" I just say nothing.

Married for 45 years, he's a proud father of five daughters.
