TO: Elizabeth Williams - Victim AND Perpetrator - It's Time To Tell All

According to sources close to the situation, right after Elizabeth Williams discovered that her husband, Matthew Williams, had raped their 15-year-old goddaughter in their own home, she and her husband, then an Orthodox deacon, confronted the girl in their car in a parking lot.

In this captive environment, the two adults, in particular, Elizabeth, reportedly cajoled the traumatized young teen to be quiet about the incident.  Carol Stevens, the girl's mother, said that several years later, when she first became aware of the rape and began to make inquiries, she received a phone call from Elizabeth and Matthew (details in previous post). According to Stevens, Matthew Williams had been contacted by his superiors about the event, and he felt compelled to deal with the issue, which was coming to the attention of numerous priests, bishops and others.

During the call, it was Elizabeth who pleaded with Carol not to expose her husband, that he had done a "lot of good for people", that she "should have known not to leave him alone with her", and that she had considered "leaving him" at the time. The two allegedly offered to assist Carol financially.

Contrary to the official narrative, the girl did report the incident to a priest soon after the captive-car-cajoling event in the early 2000's (see previous post) but has otherwise not come forward. Later, the then deacon Matthew Williams either withheld this information from ROCOR or was ordained a priest by ROCOR with their knowledge of the accusation against him. Years later, Father Matthew Williams would be arrested for molesting his own daughters- and Elizabeth would present herself only as a victim with no mention of her knowledge and involvement in her husband's earlier crime.

JTO has been the subject of vitriolic and vulgar cyber-attacks most likely by members of the Elizabeth Williams - Victim Only Cabal. JTO has previously shown documentation that Elizabeth is both victim and perpetrator. JTO stands by this assessment. Elizabeth recently has publicly defended herself against accusations that she was slow to report her husband's crimes against her children. She, along with her surrogates, have provided a timeline of her conduct in reporting her husband's most current and notable crimes while saying nothing of his past crime, to which she was reportedly fully aware and did not report. Ironically, to fail to report a sexual crime against a minor is a crime (Ala. Code § 26-14-13) in itself.

Elizabeth has reportedly filed for divorce from Mattthew. He will most likely spend years in prison. It is time for Elizabeth to tell all no matter how it falls on her. She has the ability and responsibility to bring peace and resolution to the Steven's family, and in doing so, bring peace and resolution for her own involvement in the decades-long cover-up. Continued silence about her involvement in concealing her husband's sin has eternal repercussions and his other victims - a 15-year-old girl and her mother, still suffer.

So, here is the question for Elizabeth, for current legal authorities, and for all who would shield Elizabeth as only a victim:

Regarding:
1. captive-car-cajoling
and
2. phone call with Carol Stevens:

DID THESE TWO EARLIER EVENTS HAPPEN?
