Churches Are EXCEPTIONS To The IRS Rules -- DO NOT BECOME A 501c3

Many of us have marveled at how church leaders want to be regulated and controlled by an agency of government that most Americans have prayed would just get out of their lives. Churches are in an amazingly unique position, but they don’t seem to know or appreciate the implications of what it would mean to be free of government control." The Founding Fathers assured that the Church would always be separate from the state and thus not regulated nor controlled by it. Churches are inherently exempt from IRS control or regulation. In a word, the Church does not need the permission nor approval of the United States Government to exist or operate.

Then why have churches sold their souls and futures to the government by way of asking the United States Government for permission to exist, thus being regulated by its mandates? This has been done by voluntarily becoming 501c 3 Corporations. The Church would do well to incorporate the words of our Lord:

"Render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's." Matt 22:21

"It is impossible to have religious freedom in any nation where churches are licensed to the government. " George Hansen, Member of Congress (ret.)

"When a church accepts the 501c 3 status, that church:

• Waives its freedom of speech.
• Waives its freedom of religion.
• Waives its right to influence legislators and the legislation they craft.
• Waives its constitutionally guaranteed rights.
• Is no longer free to speak to the vital issues of the day.
• Becomes controlled by a spirit of fear that if it doesn’t toe the line with the IRS it will lose its tax-exempt status.
• Becomes a State-Church.

From this case we learn that:

• A corporation is “a creature of the State.”
• The State is "sovereign" over the corporation.
• The corporation is “incorporated for the benefit of the public.”
• A corporation is a State “franchise.”
• Incorporation is a State “privilege.”
• A corporation is “subject to the laws of the State.”
• “Its powers are limited by law.”
• It must “obey the laws of its creation.”
• A corporation has no constitutionally-protected rights." (From Hushmoney.org)

Here is the IRS Code § 508(c)(1)(A) concerning Churches:

Special rules with respect to section 501 (c)(3) organizations

(a) New organizations must notify secretary that they are applying for recognition of section 501 (c) (3) status

c) Exceptions

(1) Mandatory exceptions. Subsections (a) and (b) shall not apply to-

(A) churches, their integrated auxiliaries, and conventions or associations of churches

The IRS code for churches simply states that,

THERE IS NO IRS CODE FOR CHURCHES!

Notice that the IRS code does not say churches are "exempt", it says they are EXCEPTIONS to the IRS Government regulation. The IRS has no authority to "exempt" churches. It is not for them to say. The reason is:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…"

The Church's sovereign authority is God. So, once again, why are churches in America 501c 3's?

All churches should remove themselves from the control of the United States Government, resending their 501c 3 status. Do not listen to tax experts or attorneys who may tell you "501c 3's are a good thing and allows the church many liberties". They are either deceived or are deceivers. They are, in effect, wolves in sheep's clothing. They would have you sell your birthright for a mess of pottage.

The continued oppression of the Church in America will continue as subterfuge. 

All religion is being systematically removed from government and public life along with participation of Christian individuals and entities. Any and all things Christian that do not accept the politically correct morality will be deemed as breaking the law. It will in effect become illegal to speak or practice any form of public Christianity. It is the oppressed Christians of other countries of the world who look at the Christians in the United States and say, 

"You fools! Do you not see. Have you not learned from our demise, our plight, our oppression?"

The blindness that has allowed many churches of the United States of America to come under government domination is pervasive. All Christians should lead out in this effort for all peoples of faith to break free of the legal government entanglement, for there will come a time when the noose will be tightened, the rules rewritten based on popular practice and the snare will be set. The Church has been of such little effect in America, allowing it to descend into the depths of depravity and humanistic control because the Church has partnered with evil, submitting to other gods. For those Christians who would refer to Paul's admonition in Romans Chapter 13 that "whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God" and to "render to all their due: taxes to who taxes are due...need to realize that in America, where the Church is concerned, THEY ARE NOT DUE! The church is God's not Caesar's. To be married to the state in this way is for the bride of Christ to commit adultery.

Pastors, Teachers! Bishops! Elders! Priests! Deacons! Laymen! Purify the body of Christ and be holy even as He is holy. Lift up your voices in your meetings, your counsels, your churches, your seminaries, to free the Church from the voluntary submission to the domination of an entity other than the God we serve. In this way the Church will flourish in this country and hearts and governments will be revived to the will of God.

Be in this world but not of it.

Only God is Immortal-Man Is Not

God's people are given immortality at the final judgement in the New Kingdom. All others are destroyed- they "perish."

Relationship between a principal and an agent

In Jewish law, the concept of agency (or shaluah in Hebrew) refers to the relationship between a principal and an agent, where the agent acts on behalf of the principal. The principle is that a person's agent is regarded as the person himself, meaning that any act performed by the agent is considered to have been performed by the principal, who bears full responsibility for it. This principle applies to various legal actions, including religious and commercial transactions, and emphasizes the importance of the agent's authority and the relationship between the principal and agent.

This is why angels are called "god" and judges are called "god". This does not mean they ARE Yahweh in person and co-equal with the Him. The ultimate agent is the very Son of God, Yeshua/Jesus, and he is called "god". However, he is the prophesied messiah (Christ), the "man Christ Jesus". He is not God himself in person or essence. He is the agent of his Father whom he says is HIS god whom he represents. Even in heaven at the right hand of God/the Father, Yeshua/Jesus is still referred to as a man.

"But he, being full of holy spirit, looked steadfastly into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God, and said, “Look! I see the heavens opened, and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God.”

Jesus/Yeshua clarifies his role as the agent of the only true god in John 17:3:

"Jesus said these things, and lifting up his eyes to heaven, said, “Father, the hour has come. Glorify your Son so that your Son can glorify you, just as you gave him authority over all flesh so that he could give life in the age to come to all those you have given him. And this is life in the age to come, that they know you, THE ONLY TRUE GOD, and the one you have sent—Jesus Christ. I glorified you on the earth by accomplishing the work that you have given me to do. And now, Father, glorify me together with yourself with the glory that I had with you before the world was."

The Trinity doctrine of three equal persons making up one God is unbiblical and birthed of pagan influence and several Roman emperors.

until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.” Psalm 110:1

“Yahweh’s declaration to my lord.” Trinitarian commentators frequently assert that “my Lord” in this verse is the Hebrew word adonai, another name for God, and is therefore proof of the divinity of the Messiah. But not only is this not a valid argument, this verse is actually one of the great proofs of the complete humanity of the promised Messiah. The Hebrew word translated “my lord” is adoni (pronounced “Adon-nee.” Adonai is pronounced “Adon-eye,” because the “ai” sounds like “eye.” Adoni is pronounced “Adon-nee” because the final “i” is pronounced like a long “e.”) in the standard Hebrew texts. Adoni is always used in Scripture to describe human masters and lords, but never God.

Psalm 110 is a Messianic and prophetic psalm in which God gave David a vision of the future, when God and the Messiah speak about what the Messiah will accomplish. The fact that David does not call both God and the Messiah his “Lord,” but carefully words what he says such that Yahweh maintains His elevated position while the Messiah, God’s “right-hand man,” is seen as David’s “lord.” If God and Christ were both God and were co-equal and co-eternal, as the Trinity states, then Psalm 110:1 fails to recognize that equality, or even that Yahweh and the Messiah are both God. Consider how Trinitarians love to quote Matthew 28:19 believing this proves the Trinity.

Consider this: Jesus never said it.

Matthew never wrote it nor argued for it amongst the apostles. In fact, NONE of the apostles including Matthew, Peter or Paul or any of the other apostles baptized anybody in the names of the fictional Triune God; which is considered blasphemy and idolatry by all of them.

All the apostles baptized everybody in the name of Jesus according to Acts 2:38.

The Trinitarians are offended by the name of Jesus in baptism and refuse to baptize anybody in his name.

All the verses with baptizing in the name of Jesus fits the strict rules of hermeneutics and are in collaboration where no one used the false Trinity God.

I'll stand with all the apostles and you can stand with all the Trinitarians.

Also, Jesus never corrected the apostles for rejecting and denying the alleged Great Commission baptism of the Trinity God.

They Can't See It. Can you?

The convolution, confusion, and chaos of the Trinity doctrine could not be more clearly illustrated than this livestream exchange from a worship leader quoting scriptures from The Revelation followed by the singing of the most blatantly heretical trinitarian song I have ever heard.

First, the leader quoted the scripture, just reading past the fact that (Jesus) made us to be a kingdom and priests to serve HIS GOD and FATHER,,,"

...and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who loves us, and freed us from our sins by his blood and has made us to be a kingdom and priests to his God and Father; to him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen. Look! He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him, and all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of him. So will it be. Amen. Rev. 1 5-7

Then came the song, ONE TRUE GOD written by Maddison Serban from Gateway Worship. There are several verses, but the chorus is the theme of the unbiblical false theology. Look and see how just the chorus directly contradicts the words of Jesus himself and his Apostles and prophets.

Who could ever stand against you

You are the one true God, Ohh Jesus

Who does the scripture say is the one true God?

"And this is life in the age to come, that they know you, the only true God, and the one you have sent—Jesus Christ." John 17:3 [the "only true God" SENT Jesus Christ]

"I am Yahweh, and there is none else. Besides me, there is no God." Is 45:5

"There is no one stronger and no one greater?"

"You heard that I said to you, ‘I am going away,’ and ‘I am coming back to you.’ If you loved me, you would have rejoiced because I go to the Father, for the Father is greater than I." John 14:28

So, Maddison and anyone who sings these false words: Who are you to change the very words of the scripture? The warning is clear:

“I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book, and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city” (Rev. 22:18–19).

"Watch yourselves, so that you do not lose what we have worked for, but that you receive a full reward. Everyone who goes beyond the teaching about Christ and does not remain in it does not have God. The one who remains in this teaching has both the Father and the Son. If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house, and do not offer him greetings as a fellow believer, for whoever offers him such greetings participates in his evil works." 2 John 2: 7-11
